How Inire Trust Check handles data

What we never store

Your IP address, your browser, the time of your request tied to you, or anything else that shows who started a check. There are no cookies and no tracking. To prevent abuse, the number of checks per IP address is limited; that limit lives for ten seconds and is not stored.

What our DNS resolver logs

For operations and security it records which domain names it looked up, when, and which answer it received. The query always comes from our checking service, never from your device, so the log contains nothing about you.

Why

To fix faults and to trace misuse or security incidents. We do not use the log for statistics or marketing and do not pass it on, unless the law requires us to.

How long

90 days, then it is deleted automatically.

Before we ask for access, we map what an attacker can see: domains, exposed services, email protection and leaked credentials. This check shows one small part of that picture.

External security posture: exposed services, open ports, DNS, DMARC, DKIM and DNSSEC. A report with prioritised actions, at a fixed price.

Vulnerability assessment: a review from the inside of identities, permissions, hardening, patch status and backup, with the critical gaps named.

Incident response: support during an active incident with analysis, containment, recovery and documentation, so the same thing does not happen twice.

Risk in money terms: every gap weighed against likelihood, consequence and the cost of fixing it, so a finance director can value the work like an insurance policy.
